Tom Millinchip is a Primary school leader with over 15 years of experience in international K-12 education, currently serving as a Primary Deputy Head and based in Nassau, The Bahamas.
He has guided teachers, administrators, and parents through curriculum design, assessment reform, and the integration of digital literacy and AI into everyday classroom practice.
Tom is passionate about helping educators and schools expand their knowledge and build education for the future — blending the rigour of traditional pedagogy with the possibilities of emerging technology.

A Note on AI
I use AI tools in my own research, writing, and consulting practice. I believe consultants working in this space should be transparent about that. Where AI has contributed to content on this site or in my work, I aim to say so. I'm happy to discuss my own AI workflow with any client.
