Tom Millinchip is a senior leader in Primary education with over 15 years of experience in international K-12 schools, now based in the Cayman Islands.
He believes in grassroots training of educators, having rolled out events and content for teachers in The Bahamas, where he previously lived, and now working hand-in-hand with educators in the Cayman Islands. His work spans curriculum design, assessment reform, and bringing digital literacy and AI into everyday classroom practice.
Tom is passionate about helping educators and schools expand their knowledge and build education for the future, blending the rigour of traditional pedagogy with the possibilities of emerging technology.
